Happy New Year!
No doubt, 2020 was a rough year for all of us. As the world changed drastically, so did our team and our relationship to the properties we manage. Quickly we all adapted to communicating both safely with masks and with more digital devices. Our TAG team has developed ways to reduce face-to-face communications with each other and our clients while still maintaining services. With all that, we’re starting a BLOG!
In order to disseminate useful information to everyone, we are getting even MORE digital. But keeping with our policies, we are working only with the Owners of units in Association and Owners of the Apartment Buildings unless accesses to units are required.
Our reasoning is not only because it is IMPOSSIBLE for us to co-manage all of those relationships, but those relationships change without our knowledge. Letting a former tenant or former partner into the building can be dangerous and possibly expose us to liabilities.
