Created and implemented a Green Summer Internship for Chicago High School Students on behalf of Siemens. This 10 week program allowed the students to tackle a real-life sustainable problem. It culminated with a presentation to the Alderman for consideration of their recommendations.

This complex is one of the most celebrated new developments of the Bronzeville Community. It is comprised of 18 units. It boasts individual garages for each units. There are two types of homes in this complex. TAG not only served as Property Managers, but bid and supervised the installation of two fire escapes for the Association.
Located in a very quiet suburb, this twin building 24 - unit complex, TAG supervised a major capital renovation! Both buildings received new roofs, windows and boilers.
We were property management for this community is one of the newest and most celebrated neighborhoods in the African-American neighborhood Chatham in Chicago. This 143 unit neighborhood is comprised of brand new homes and a playground for the children.
We managed this building. Once a 24 unit building, this was converted into 8 luxury condomium units. A typical unit is comprised of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each unit has an individual one-car garage.
TAG worked directly with the developer. This building was newly rehabbed in 2004. It is comprised of 18 condominium units and 7 storefronts. Each resident has a private parking space and porch deck. The property has a convenience food shop and fast food place. It has a beauty salon, barber shop and other stores for the community.
TAG created new Rules & Regulations, organized the parking spaces and affected great change for this HOA. This quiet and well placed complex is made of 6 luxury condominium units. Each unit has a designated parking space and a private deck.
TAG was Property Manager for this bank branch was built in 1978. While the anchor of a strip mall, it is a pillar of the community and frequent by many of the residents.
This new development has affordable housing structures as well as six 6-unit condominium associations. Our task was to transist the associations from the developer into self-managed associations over a 90-day period. We helped each association establish its operations.
Located on Chicago's West Side, this 22 - unit complex is owned by a local church. The Pastor and First Lady live in the building and are very active with the residents. Extensive renovation was done and the financing requires 3rd party managment.
